The Atlantis Resort has always been on my bucket list of tropical vacation stays, but I desired a further touch of exclusivity than the original hotel had to offer. With exquisite guest living spaces and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the water, The Cove’s “Sapphire Suite” was the obvious choice for my stay. Nearly every room possesses breathtaking ocean views, and all guests receive exclusive access to an adult-only party pool, so you can enjoy the fruits of Atlantis while maintaining a “grown-up” vibe.
Upon entering the Sapphire Suite, I was shocked by stunning visions of crystal blue water and powdery beaches. The main room is expansive in size with a surplus of seating options, allowing for the perfect space to pop that first complimentary bottle of champagne. Containing double-sink bathrooms and ample living areas, both bedrooms are generous in square footage, with the master even including a luxurious bathtub overlooking the ocean! The Sapphire Suite is the embodiment of serenity, so much so that you will likely have difficulty ever leaving the room.
My two favorite amenities of The Cove include the private adults-only pool and access to the Club Level lounge, where guests are offered select beverages and hors d’oeuvres free of charge. A variety of delectable dishes and desserts are self-serve, with the choice to dine inside the club or on the open patio. A trip up to the Club Level is the perfect pre-game for your dinner plans or a day spent poolside. Choose a luxe cabana, plush daybed, or comfortable layout chairs at The Cove pool- all while sipping on tasty refreshments and listening to music from a live DJ!
Not only do guests relish in The Cove’s plethora of perks, but they also retain access to all the amenities the Atlantis Resort offers. Adjacent to the fun and games is Dragon’s Ultra, an intimate cocktail lounge, plus a Nobu restaurant! Here, you can enjoy fine Japanese fare before hitting the dance floor at Aura nightclub- located on the second level of the Atlantis Casino.
